Here is version I used for my snacks, but the original recipe is all by Arman.
Mix DRY in a bowl
- 4 tablespoon sifted coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon protein cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon xylitol
- Pinch sea salt
Add WETS to the bowl of dry ingredients
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (I used macadamia butter)
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk (alternative coconut milk)
The dough must be quiet tough to work with, then you know it is OK. Roll into bite size snacks and roll the balls in shredded coconut.
Eat !!! Family will finish you have a chance
