What to feed your loved ones when a flue got them down? Cinnamon banana pan cakes please!
MIX THE DRY IN A BOWL
1 ¼ cup of high quality gluten free all purpose flour (should contain xanthan gum already)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 flat table spoons of fine cinnamon (or more if you like)
2 tablespoons of sugar (or more if you like it sweet)
MIX THE WET IN A BOWL
1 cup of water (this seems a lot but the more liquid the texture is the better)
½ cup milk
2 table spoons of molten butter.
Mix well with a blender or hand mixer. Add to a medium or small frying pan. Don’ make it too thick, but rather keep the layer thin for better flexibility. Fry both sides till they are nicely browned.
Add banana, chocolate spread, cream etc to the middle – it’l make them feel better guaranteed.
