Tomato & Carrot soup… feed your soul

Take a few minutes to prepare wholesome meals and feed your body the best nutrients. Share this meal, as you might just enrich someone’s belly. Because, HEALTH is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.


Feed your soul with this easy recipe:

Cook carrots and tomato until soft with your favorite spices and herbs like thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and lemon.  For a sweeter version, add some fried onions. 

Blend in a blender.
Pour back to your pot and add whatever you want, e.g. broccoli, crisp bacon, chicken pieces or crisp tofu, chickpeas etc.
