RED VELVET Protein Bars

Jip-Jip!  I tried it and worked out marvelous.  The just need to stay in the fridge and they won’t  last in a warm car for the day. Other than that – they are fantastic.

2 large cooked red beets
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 scoops casein vanilla protein
1/3 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
1 biggish tablespoons peanut butter

And dark chocolate to cover your bars.

Optional add seeds or crushed nuts into the red beet batter..

First blend the cooked beets with almond milk to reach super fine texture, then add rest ingredients excluding the chocolate. If consistency is sticky, then mold into desired shape, size and thickness on a baking tray.

Melt the molten chocolate, then poor over bars.  Refrigerate for 30 min. Done!

If the bars feel to moist, add a teaspoon of coconut flour. If it feels too dry, add a tablespoon of almond milk.
