Apple and Carrot Smoothy

Smoothy – what does the fridge bless me with?  Be creative & use what you have at home :

1/2 a biggish carrot
1/2 a Apple
1 ice cream vanilla whey scoop
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or what ever milk alternative you want)
Teaspoon of vanilla essence and a pinch of salt

Blend with a few blocks of ice if you like – enjoy!
