  • 1 large tomato (or a cup of cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 can of tuna in water (well-drained)
  • 1 teaspoon of seed mix (sunflower, flaxseeds, and pumpkin seeds)
  • Fresh Parsely
  • Lemon juice

Add your favorite light salad dressing.
